创新高职教学管理运行机制的几点建议

摘　　要：随着社会的不断发展和人们生活水平的不断提高,我国教育也在不断进行改革创新,并提出一系列顺应时代发展的新思路。各学校教师对教育运行及管理愈发重视。现阶段,高职院校的教学运行管理是提升整体教学水平的重要指标。本文首先探讨了国内外高职院校教学管理的现状,随后围绕高职院校的教学运行管理创新机制提出了几点建议[1]。Nowadays,with the continuous development of society and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,China's education is constantly reformed and innovated with the proposal of new ideas in line with the development of the times.Therefore,teachers of various schools attach more and more importance to the operation and management of education.At this stage,for higher vocational colleges,teaching operation and management is an important indicator to improve the overall teaching level.This paper first discusses the current status of teaching management in domestic and foreign higher vocational colleges,and then proposes a few suggestions on innovative mechanisms around teaching operation and management.
