摘 要:针对高压共轨柴油机各缸扭矩输出不均匀性问题,基于柴油机燃油喷射控制机制,设计了多缸柴油机不均匀度信号量化处理方法及各缸均匀性控制算法,采用Matlab/Simulink软件构建了各缸均匀性控制模型,通过模型在环测试和台架试验对控制策略功能进行验证。结果表明:在发动机转速为800~1 300 r/min、喷油量为2~50 mg/hub的工况范围内,控制策略可以根据发动机运行工况实时计算各缸的修正喷油量,并按照各次喷射期望喷油量的比例将修正喷油量分配到各次喷射中,柴油机各缸扭矩输出不均匀度减小,各缸均匀性控制策略设计合理、有效。Aiming at the uniformity phenomenon of torque output for each cylinder, the multi-cylinder non-uniformity signal quantification processing method and the cylinder uniformity control algorithm were designed based on the fuel injection control mechanism of diesel engine. Then the uniformity control model of each cylinder was developed by using Matlab/Simulink software and the validation was conducted through the model in-loop test and bench test. The results show that the control strategy can calculate the correction fuel quantities of each cylinder in real time according to the engine operating conditions and distribute the corrected fuel injection amount to each injection according to the proportion of expected fuel injection amount for each injection at the speed range between 800 r/min and 1 300 r/min with the fuel injection quantity between 2 mg/hub and 50 mg/hub. The non-uniformity of torque output for each cylinder decreases and the control strategy of uniformity for each cylinder is hence reasonable and effective.
