摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在为提高大学生健康信息素养提供参考。[方法/过程]通过焦点小组访谈法收集数据,基于扎根理论建立大学生网络健康信息甄别的理论模型。[结果/结论]影响因素包括个人认知和经验的个人因素,以及社会和媒体的环境因素。提出大学生应阅读正规网站的网络健康信息,提高认知水平;家庭、学校应发挥积极的教育引导作用,强化健康意识;媒体应加强对网络健康信息的净化,增强舆论引导作用。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide references for improving college students’ health information literacy.[Method/process]The paper collects data by focus group interview, establishes a theoretical model of screening network health information for college students based on the grounded theory. [Result/conclusion] The influencing factors include personal factors such as cognitive level and personal experience, and environmental factors from social and media. It proposes that college students should read network health information of regular websites to improve their cognitive level;families and schools should play an active role in education and guidance to strengthen their health awareness;and the media should strengthen the purification of network health information and enhance the role of public opinion guidance.
