摘  要:辅导员与大学生之间建立民主平等、和谐融洽的师生关系有助于辅导员各项工作的顺利开展和实效性的增强,也有益于培养大学生健全人格和成长成才育人目标的实现。因此,辅导员应该立足于主体间性,重视大学生的主体地位,紧跟时代步伐,不断提升自身的能力素养,充分尊重理解学生,与学生进行平等对话,积极建立与大学生之间的良好师生关系,让师生之间的交流成为一种有实效性、有实际意义的双向性情感、精神和人格的交流。The establishment of a democratic,equal and harmonious student-teacher relationship between counselors and college students will contribute to the counselors'various kinds of work to be carried out smoothly and more effectively,and it is also beneficial to achieve the goal of cultivating the healthy personality and talent of college students.Therefore,counselors should base on intersubjectivity,value the subject status of college students,keep pace with the times,improve personal abilities and accomplishment,fully respect and understand students,participate in equal dialogues with students and actively establish good student-teacher relationship with college students in order to make the communication between students and teachers a kind of effective and meaningful two-way communication including emotion,spirit and personality.
