摘 要:粤东地区中学思想政治教师的听评课情况问卷调查表明,粤东地区中学思政教师有积极的听评课态度,但当前学校对听评课的组织、教师的听评课能力有待进一步改进;教师忽略学生在听评课中的作用,且大部分教师没有参加过专业的听评课培训。由此,应采取开展听评课的专业培训,改进学校教研文化,使听评课活动的实施程序化,鼓励学生参与评课等措施,提高中学思政教师的听评课效果。An investigation and analysis of the current situation of classroom observation and evaluation for middle school teachers of ideological and political education in eastern Guangdong shows that the teachers have a positive attitude towards classroom observation and evaluation,but the organization of classroom observation and evaluation and the teachers’ability in this respect need to be further improved.The teachers neglect the role of students during this process,and most teachers have not participated in any relevant professional training.In order to improve the effect of classroom observation and evaluation for middle school teachers of ideological and political education,the following measures should be taken:offering professional training on classroom observation and evaluation;improving the teaching and research culture in schools;proceduralizing the implementation of classroom observation and evaluation activities;and encouraging students to participate in classroom evaluation.
