摘　　要：新工科“学训研赛”一体化人才培养模式是一种有益的尝试。以常州工程职业技术学院“巴哈创新班”为例,以新工科背景下人才培养质量评价指标为基础,同时兼顾“学训研赛”一体化人才培养模式中专业课程模块化、实用化,综合实践课程高端化、市场化,人才素养战略化的特点。从人才综合实践能力和指向于未来的人才融合创新素养两方面,采用层次分析法确定了各级指标,并进行了指标权重分析和数据采集说明。It is a beneficial attempt to integrate the training mode of"learning-training-research-competition"in new engineering.This article takes the example of"Baja innovation class",based on the evaluation index of talent training quality under the background of new engineering,taking into account the modularization and practicality of professional courses under the integrated talent cultivation model of"learning-training-research-compstition",and the characteristics of high-technology,market-oriented and strategic talent quality of practical courses.From the perspective of the comprehensive practical ability of talents and the innovative quality of talent integration,the indexes at all levels are determined by analytic hierarchy process,and the index weight analysis and data collection are carried out.
