摘　　要：随着多不饱和脂肪酸与人体健康关系研究的不断深入,其在抗炎、抗微生物等方面的作用逐渐被人们所发掘。多不饱和脂肪酸的功能研究是近年来的研究热点之一。本文搜集了近年来对于多不饱和脂肪酸抗病毒活性的研究,从其对于病毒包膜的溶解破坏、对于细胞膜表面脂筏结构的影响和其衍生物抑制病毒复制的角度,探讨了多不饱和脂肪酸对于增加人体对于病毒抵抗力的作用。With the deepening of the research on the relationship between polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFAs)and human health,its anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial effects have been gradually explored by people.The functional research of PUFAs is one of the hot spots in recent years.In this paper,the antiviral activity of PUFAs was studied in recent years.The effects of PUFAs on the dissolution and destruction of virus envelope,on the lipid raft structure of cell membrane surface and the inhibition of virus replication by its derivatives were discussed.
