摘 要:目的对2019年江苏省学校食物中毒暴发事件进行分析,并提出相应预防措施。方法通过国家食源性疾病暴发监测系统收集汇总2019年江苏省学校食物中毒暴发事件数据,用Excel 2007软件进行描述性流行病学分析。结果2019年江苏省共接报11起学校食物中毒暴发事件,暴露6,114人,发病227人,死亡0人。9月份事件数和发病人数均最多。南京、徐州和连云港3市报告事件数最多,南京市发病人数最多。各年龄段人群均有病例,其中7~19岁发病人数最多。主要集中发生在中学。原因食品来源场所主要集中在学校食堂。包含加工不当因素引起的事件数最多。动物类肉与肉制品引起的事件数最多。细菌性致病因素是主要的致病因素。结论各相关部门应该加大对学校食品安全的监管力度。学校应该加强食品原料采购管理,规范食品加工、存储操作流程,做好食物中毒预防措施,有效预防、减少食物中毒暴发事件的发生。Objective To analyze the stations of school food poisoning outbreaks in Jiangsu Province in 2019,and provide corresponding preventive measures.Methods The data of school food poisoning outbreaks in Jiangsu Province in 2019 were collected through the National Foodborne Disease Outbreaks System,then the data were epidemiological analyzed by Excel 2007 software.Results There were 11 events of school food poisoning outbreaks in Jiangsu Province in 2019,which caused 6114 exposure,227 ill and 0 death cases.The number of events and cases in September were the most.The areas with the most events were Nanjing,Xuzhou,and Lianyungang,and the area with the most cases was Nanjing.All age groups were distributed,and 7-19 years-old population was the most cases.The distribution place was mainly concentrated in middle and high school.The food source place was mainly concentrated in the school canteen.Involving improper processing factors caused the most events.The major cause was the animal food.The bacteria pathogenic factors were the main pathogenic factors.Conclusion Relevant departments should strengthen the supervision of school food safety.Schools should strengthen the purchase management of food raw materials,standardize the operation process of food processing and storage,take preventive measures against food poisoning,so as to prevent and reduce school food poisoning outbreaks effectively.
