语言政策视域下的国际交流基金海外日语推广活动研究

摘　　要：成立于1972年的国际交流基金是日本政府设立的负责对外文化交流的专门机构。该机构成立以来,将推动日语国际化作为主要工作之一,取得了有目共睹的成果。基于自身性质和客观条件的限制,国际交流基金在海外日语教育活动中,尊重各国的主导性,积极推动日语教育的本土化。通过专家派遣、师资培训、教材开发、网络教学等手段,同时辅之以日语能力考试和海外日语教育状况调查,国际交流基金的海外日语推广模式收到了良好的效果。国际交流基金的经验是非常值得我国的孔子学院学习借鉴的。The Japan Foundation,founded in 1972,is a specialized agency responsible for foreign cultural exchanges which was set up by the Japanese government.Since its establishment,the Japan Foundation has been endeavoring to promote the internationalization of Japanese as one of its main jobs.As a result,It has made obvious progress in this field.On account of the limits of its own nature and some other objective conditions,during the process of overseas Japanese education activities,the Japan Foundation spares no effort to promote the nativization of Japanese education and fully respects the dominance of the target countries.The mode of Japanese popularization,by means of expert dispatch,teacher training,textbook development and online teaching,along with the Japanese language proficiency test and overseas Japanese education status survey,has received many favorable results.From this perspective,the experience which comes from the Japan Foundation is very meaningful for China’s Confucius Institute to reference.
