摘　　要：学术自治与科层制是现代大学内部高效运行必不可少的重要方式,但是当下存在着无法避免的矛盾与冲突。从纵向对学术自治与科层制运行在我国大学中的逻辑趋势进行分析,发现在运行方式、价值认同、制度化和资源配置方面均呈现矛盾冲突;大学"走出象牙塔",政府的调控、文化渊源均对于学术自治与科层制矛盾形成存在着潜在影响。因此,深度挖掘大学组织协调与平衡的土壤、以制度化构建学术自治与科层制的契合关系、采取双向分权的变革路径和多利益主体共同治理的组织架构,可以实现矛盾冲突的协调与超越。Academic autonomy and bureaucracy are essential to the efficient operation of modern universities,but there exist inevitable contradictions and conflicts.From the vertical analysis of the logical trend of the operation of academic autonomy and bureaucracy in universities in China,it is found that there are contradictions and conflicts in the operation mode,value identification,institutionalization and resource allocation;universities“walking out of the ivory tower”,the government’s regulation and cultural sources all have a potential impact on the formation of contradictions between academic autonomy and bureaucracy.Therefore,we can realize the coordination and transcendence of contradictions and conflicts by the in-depth exploitation of organization and coordination in university,the building of the agreement relationship between academic autonomy and bureaucracy,and the adoption of the reform path of two-way decentralization and the organizational structure of multi stakeholders’common governance.
