推进大学生网络媒介素养教育探析

摘　　要：以网络媒体和移动媒体为代表的数字化新媒体已成为今天社会系统和个人生活重要的"神经元",网络素养已经成为大学生信息化生存的基本素养。在这种形势下,提升大学生网络素养十分重要,包括提升网络主体性,塑造理性健康人格;开发媒介素养课程,提升媒介素养能力;加强网络道德教育,增强文明自律意识;加强法治教育,规范网络行为。New digital media,represented by network media and mobile media,has become an important "neuron" in today’s social system and personal life.Meanwhile,public media literacy is even more important.Network literacy has become the basic skills for college students to survive in information environment.In addition to the quality of media content,standardized government regulation,self-discipline and innovation of enterprises,timely supply of information,openness and transparency,good network media ecological guarantee should also improve college students’ network literacy,including enhancing network subjectivity to shape rational and healthy personality,developing media literacy course to enhance media literacy,strengthening network moral education to enhance civilization self-discipline awareness,strengthening education on the rule of law to regulate network behavior.Promoting network literacy education for college students so that they can make good use of network resources to improve themselves and be socialized,is not only the proper meaning of moral cultivation goal,but also the important content of cultivating college students’ core quality.
