农业高职院校在“一带一路”国家境外办学的探索--以北京农业职业学院泰国分院办学为例

摘　　要：高等学校境外办学是新时代中国高等职业教育"走出去"、推进中外人文交流、共建"一带一路"、服务党和国家工作大局的重要途径。近几年农业高职院校积极开展境外办学,取得了一定的效果。以北京农业职业学院境外办学为例,该校尝试多主体协同创立海外分院,通过构建"泰国需求导向+北京都市农业特色"的国际化教学标准和课程体系、培训与外派并举建设师资队伍等方式保障了泰国分院境外办学的教学质量。同时,境外办学中存在的瓶颈问题如国际化发展意识、中泰农业和职业教育办学的差异、国际化师资队伍建设等方面深入思考了并提出了建议,以期为国内其他院校提供参考和借鉴。In the new era,overseas school running by colleges and universities is an important way for China’s higher vocational education to go out,to promote cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries,to co-construct the Belt and Road,to serve the overall interests of the Party and the country.Beijing Vocational College of Agriculture has actively carried out overseas school running.According to the characteristics of the project,it tries the methods of multi-subject cooperation in establishing overseas branch,constructing international teaching standards and curriculum system with Thailand demand orientation + Beijing urban agriculture characteristics,building teaching staff through training and assignment,which has guaranteed the teaching quality of Thailand branch school running.Meanwhile,this paper makes suggestions on problems of overseas school running by higher vocational colleges,including international development awareness,differences of agriculture and vocational education between China and Thailand,international teaching staff construction,so as to provide reference for other domestic higher vocational colleges of agriculture in serving the Belt and Road Initiative and carrying out overseas school running.
