摘  要:近年来,国内相继发生了多起电气化铁路车网耦合系统低频振荡事件,导致机车牵引传动系统封锁,严重影响了铁路的正常运输秩序。针对该问题,提出了基于STATCOM的牵引网动态无功补偿方案,引入了自抗扰控制(active disturbance rejection control,ADRC)技术对STATCOM的控制性能进行优化,实现了车网低频振荡现象的有效抑制。首先,在dq坐标系下对单相STATCOM进行数学建模分析。其次,考虑到传统的PI(proportional integral)控制方法对系统扰动的敏感性,应用ADRC技术来增强STATCOM的鲁棒性和抗扰能力。基于ADRC理论,结合控制器结构、参数整定和性能特点,设计了适用于STATCOM的一阶非线性ADRC控制器。同PI控制器作对比,验证了ADRC控制器具有更优的控制性能和更好的低频振荡抑制效果。最后,基于实时实验平台重现了车网耦合系统低频振荡现象,并验证了基于ADRC的STATCOM对车网耦合系统中低频振荡现象抑制的有效性。Low-frequency oscillation(LFO) events in vehicle-grid coupling system occur frequently, leading to blockage of traction drive system and seriously influencing normal transportation order of railway. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a suppression strategy based on static synchronous compensator(STATCOM) applied to traction network. Active disturbance rejection control(ADRC) is applied to optimize STATCOM control performance, suppressing LFO in the vehicle-grid coupling system effectively. Firstly, mathematical modeling of single-phase STATCOM in d-q coordinate system is derived. Then, due to sensitivity of traditional PI control methods to system disturbances, ADRC is applied to enhance robustness and anti-interference ability of STATCOM. Based on ADRC theory, combined with controller structure, parameter setting and performance characteristics, a first-order nonlinear ADRC controller for STATCOM is designed. Compared with the PI controller, better performance in control effect and LFO suppression effect of the ADRC controller is verified. Finally, based on a real-time experimental platform, LFO phenomenon in the vehicle-grid coupling system is reproduced, and effectiveness of the strategy to suppress LFO in vehicle-gird coupling system using ADRC-based STATCOM is verified.
