摘　　要：在经济发展新常态下,利益链不完善使得职业教育资源无法有效配置,制约了职业教育集团的深入发展。因此,必须要引入市场机制以优化职业教育资源的配置,并借鉴现代企业制度对职教集团体制机制进行改革,建立具有独立法人资格的集团公司,以产权为纽带、以利益共享为基础,以现代法人治理结构为实现形式。此外,应发挥政府的作用以解决"市场失灵",统筹发挥市场和政府的作用,激发职业教育集团发展的活力,推动职教集团高质量发展。Under the new normal of economic development,the imperfect interest chain makes the vocational education resources unable to be allocated effectively,which restricts the further development of vocational education groups.Therefore,we must introduce the market mechanism to optimize the allocation of vocational education resources,and use the modern enterprise system for reference to reform the system and mechanism of vocational education groups for establishing the group company with independent legal personality,which takes property rights as the link,benefit sharing as the basis,and modern corporate governance structure as the realization form.In addition,we should give full play to the role of the government to solve the kind of market failure,coordinate the role of the market and the government,stimulate the development vitality of vocational education groups,and promote the high-quality development of vocational education groups.
