摘  要:【目的】为了研究yjeA基因的缺失肠炎沙门氏菌的生物学特性和毒力的影响。【方法】以肠炎沙门氏菌为亲本菌株,构建沙门氏菌yjeA基因缺失株,并对其生物学特性进行研究。【结果】利用Red重组系统成功构建沙门氏菌yjeA基因缺失株,进一步生物学特性研究表明,与亲本菌株相比,缺失株SMΔyjeA生长稳定,在细胞内生存能力减弱,小鼠肝脾载菌量降低,并能刺激机体产生特异性抗体。【结论】沙门氏菌突变株SMΔyjeA不仅毒力减毒,并且保留了良好的免疫原性,揭示yjeA基因缺失株有望开发成沙门氏菌减毒疫苗。【Objective】Salmonella Enteritidis is a zoonotic pathogen,which has serious harm to aquaculture and public health;【Methods】In this study,Salmonella enteritidis was used as the parent strain to construct a Salmonella yjeA gene deletion strain,and its biological characteristics were studied;【Results】Compared with the parent strain,the deletion strain SMΔyjeA has a stable growth,a weak ability to survive in cells,a lower amount of bacteria in mice liver and spleen,and can stimulate the production of specific antibodies;【Conclusion】Salmonella mutant SMΔyjeA not only attenuated the virulence,but also retainedgood immunogenicity,revealing that the yjeA gene deletion strain is expected to be developed into a Salmonella attenuated vaccine.
