疫情期间基于微信平台开展PBL教学的医院药师规范化培训效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)疫情期间基于微信平台开展PBL教学的医院药师规范化培训(简称规培)效果。方法将2019年至2020年3月轮转华西医院中药房的38名规培学员均分为两组。先入科的19名规培学员为对照组,采用传统教学方法授课;后入科的19名规培学员为观察组,采用基于微信平台的PBL教学法授课。对教学效果进行客观评价(理论和操作考核)和主观评价(问卷调查)。结果观察组理论操作和技能操作考试成绩,以及问卷调查结果均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论新冠肺炎疫情期间,与传统教学方法比较,基于微信平台开展PBL教学的医院药师规范化培训效果更好。Objective To analyze the effect of application of PBL teaching method based on the WeChat platform in the standardized training and education for pharmacists during coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)epidemic.Methods Totally 38 students in turn practicing in pharmacy of traditional Chinese medicine from 2019 to March 2020 were selected divided into two groups.The first 19 students practicing in the program were selected as the control group,and they were taught by traditional teaching method,the other 19 students were selected as the observation group,and they were taught by PBL teaching method based on WeChat platform combined.The teaching effects of objective evaluation(theoretical and operational assessments)and subjective evaluation(questionnaire surveys)of the two groups were compared.Results The results of theoretical and operational assessments and questionnaire surveys in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During the COVID-19 epidemic,the effect of PBL teaching method based on WeChat platform in the standardized training and education for hospital pharmacists is better than that of traditional teaching mode.
