摘　　要：水字有一,形有三,却病千万。水致病,于不同形态、不同生理机制、不同身体部位皆可发生不同的症状。或渴、或汗、或利、或噎、或咳、或喘、或悸、或烦、或眩、或呕逆、或痞满。足太阳经为阳经之长,循肩背属阳,如天日昭彰司水。太阳病分为太阳经证、太阳腑证和太阳变证,太阳经证主要有太阳中风证与太阳伤寒证,治疗方剂为麻桂类方,代表方为麻黄汤、小青龙汤和桂枝汤;太阳腑证分为蓄水证与蓄血证,治疗方剂为苓桂剂,代表方为苓桂枣甘汤、苓桂术甘汤、五苓散;变证分为烦证、结胸证与痞证,热与水结于胸膈,形成热结无水的状态,为虚烦的栀子豉汤证,热携水气互结于胸膈,则为结胸,形成结胸证,结胸证方剂主要为大陷胸汤(丸)、小陷胸汤(丸)、十枣汤;痞证方剂主要为泻心汤类方,代表方剂有半夏泻心汤、生姜泻心汤和甘草泻心汤。太阳病可致病于经腑,内传于少阴,当治以亢其害,使不克伐,承乃制,使生相因。The water has one character,three shapes,but may cause many kinds of diseases.Different symptoms can occur in different forms,physiological mechanisms and body parts manifested as thirsty,or perspiration,or purgation,or choke,or cough,or asthma,or palpitation,or vexation,or vertigo,or nausea,or fullness.The foot taiyang meridian is the first of the yang meridians,and moves along the back and shoulder,belongs to yang,and is in charge of water.Taiyang diseases include taiyang meridian syndrome,taiyang fu syndrome and taiyang deteriorated syndrome.The main syndromes of taiyang meridian include taiyang stroke syndrome and exterior-cold taiyang syndrome.The therapeutic prescriptions are the ones with Mahuang(Herba Ephedrae)and Guizhi(Ramulus Cinnamomi),represented by Ephedra Decoction,Minor Green Dragon Decoction,and Cinnamon Twig Decoction.Taiyang fu syndromes include taiyang fluid retention syndrome and taiyang blood accumulation syndrome.The therapeutic prescriptions are the ones with Fuling(Poria)and Guizhi(Ramulus Cinnamomi),represented by Poria and Cinnamon Twig and Fructus Jujubae and Licorice Decoction,Poria and Cinnamon Twig and Atractylodes Macrocephala and Licorice Decoction,Five Substances Powder with Poria.Taiyang deteriorated syndromes include dysphoria,chest bind syndrome,fullness syndrome.Heat and water are combined in the chest and diaphragm,forming a state of heat accumulation without water,which is the dysphoria syndrome of Gardenia and Semen Sojae Praeparatum Decoction.If heat and water are combined in the chest and diaphragm,chest bind syndrome will be formed.The therapeutic prescriptions include Major Chest Draining Decoction/Pill,Minor Chest Draining Decoction/Pill,and Ten Jujubes Decoction.The therapeutic prescriptions for fullness syndrome are mainly types of Heart-Draining Decoction,represented by Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction,Licorice Heart-Draining Decoction,and Fresh Ginger Heart-Draining Decoction.Taiyang meridian diseases may appear in zang and fu organs,invade into shaoyin meridian,
