摘　　要：体育俱乐部制教学模式是以健康教育为指导思想,以终身体育为目的,在教学中注重学生的个性发展,突出学生体育学习中的主体性,促进学生掌握、应用体育知识,培养学生终身体育意识和自我体育能力,是现代高校体育教学改革发展的必然趋势。大学体育俱乐部制教学模式对贯彻新的课程教学指导纲要有着现实的作用和深远的意义。本文就大学体育俱乐部制教学模式实践过程中的优势展开分析,并以长沙学院为案例,提出大学体育俱乐部制“线上线下课内外一体化”教学模式的构建创想与实施,分析其不足,提出高校俱乐部制体育课改革的合理化建议。Sports club t eaching mode is an inevitable t rend in t he physical t eaching r eform in colleges currrently.It is based on health education as its guiding ideology,aims at life-long physical exercise,stresses the development of students'individuality in teaching,highlights the subjectivity of the students in physical education,promotes students'master y and application of sports knowledge,and cultivates students'consciousness of life-long sports and selfcapacity of sporting.Sports club teaching mode of college physical education has practical function and profound implication for the implementation of the new curriculum teaching guidelines.Based on the analysis of the advantages during the implementation of the sports club teaching mode in Changsha College,taking Changsha College as an example,the paper proposes the creative construction idea of"integrating physical class online and off line,in class and out of class",analyzes its shortcomings,and puts forward the rational suggestion for the reform of the clubization of the college physical education.
