摘  要:随着教育改革进程的推进,以及人们对体育认知的深入,传统的体育教学模式显然已经无法适应新时代的发展潮流。由于以往过于注重学生文化课成绩的思想观念还有所保留,所以在实际教学的过程中,还是会出现这样或那样的问题。为了提高高中体育课堂教学的有效性,则需要打破传统体育教学模式的束缚,以学生为主体,以促进学生进行有效的学习为条件,如此才能促进学生的进步和发展。本文针对高中体育课堂教学有效性实践过程中所存在的问题,进行了较为全面的分析,并提出了几点可行性的建议,旨在能够提高学生的学习效率及高中体育的教学质量。With the advancement of the educational reform process and the deepening of people's cognition of sports,the traditional physical education teaching model has obviously failed to adapt to the development trend of the new era.Since the ideas and concepts that have paid too much attention to the achievements of the students'cultural courses have been retained,there will still be problems in one or the other in the course of actual teaching.In order to improve the effectiveness of high school physical education classroom teaching,it is necessary to break the shackles of traditional physical education teaching mode,taking students as the main body and promoting students to carry out effective learning as conditions,so as to promote the progress and development of students.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the problems existing in the practice of high school physical education classroom teaching effectiveness,and puts forward some feasible suggestions,aiming to improve students'learning eff iciency and the quality of high school physical education.
