高职院校目标管理体系构建探究--以成都航空职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：当前高职院校要谋求更广阔的发展空间,关键在于先进管理理念的更新、有效管理方法的使用和科学管理体系的构建,促进教职工的工作潜能与创造性得到高效发挥。成都航空职业技术学院通过实施目标管理,更新观念、创新思维、精准发力,整合优势资源、互补资源、交叉资源和错位资源,形成整体合力,产生"1+1>2"的整合效应,使学校的整体水平和办学效益得到大幅度提高。The pursuit of wider development space for current higher vocational colleges lies in the renewal of advanced management concept, the use of effective management approaches and the construction of scientific management system, since only in this way can the potential and creativity of the teaching staff be brought into full play. This paper studies the case of Chengdu Aeronautic Polytechnic, which implements Management by Objective to renew ideas, promote innovative thinking and make precise efforts, and forms overall integration force by integrating superior resources, complementary resources, crossover resources and dislocated resources. The production of"1+1>2"integration effect greatly improves the comprehensive level and operation efficiency of this college.
