黄缘龙虱、三星龙虱和水龟虫可溶性蛋白质及游离氨基酸比较研究

摘  要:为了测定和比较分析昆虫纲的黄缘龙虱、三星龙虱、水龟虫体内可溶性蛋白质与游离氨基酸含量,文章运用盐析、离心、考马斯亮蓝法、茚三酮法等技术手段,提取和测定可溶性蛋白质与游离氨基酸含量.研究结果表明:可溶性蛋白质含量,三星龙虱高于黄缘龙虱,水龟虫最低;游离氨基酸含量,水龟虫高于三星龙虱,黄缘龙虱最低.除去头和内脏以后,可溶性蛋白质和游离氨基酸含量排序不变,但各含量数值指标均有所提高,说明黄缘龙虱、三星龙虱、水龟虫头和内脏的可溶性蛋白质、游离氨基酸不及其他部位含量高.这说明在对这三种昆虫营养价值进行开发时,蛋白质的开发应以三星龙虱为主,游离氨基酸的开发应以水龟虫为主.The contents of soluble protein and free amino acid were extracted and determined by salting out,centrifugation,coomassie brilliant blue method and ninhydrin method.To determine and compare the contents of soluble protein and free amino acid in Cybister japonicas Sharp,Cybister tripuncatatus Oliver and Hydrouscum inatus Motsch.The content of soluble protein in Cybister tripuncatatus Oliver was higher than that in Cybister japonicas Sharp and Hydrouscum inatus Motsch was the lowest.The content of free amino acid in Hydrouscum inatus Motsch was higher than that in Cybister tripuncatatus Oliver and the lowest in Cybister japonicas Sharp.The sequence of soluble protein and free amino acid content was the same after the removal of head and offal,but the data of each content were improved,indicating that the content of soluble protein and free amino acid in the head and offal of Cybister japonicas Sharp,Cybister tripuncatatus Oliver and Hydrouscum inatus Motsch was not as high as that in other parts.Conclusion The results of this study indicated that in the development of the nutritional value of the three insects,the protein should be mainly developed by Cybister tripuncatatus Oliver,and the free amino acid should be mainly developed by Hydrouscum inatus Motsch.
