浅谈理工科高校文科学科就业创业优势——以北京邮电大学人文学院为例

摘　　要：随着高校文科类专业招生规模的不断增加,就业市场越来越趋向于饱和,文科专业毕业生面临着缺乏创业机会、就业率低、对口度低等各种就业创业难题。其中理工科高校的文科类专业毕业生更是由于教育背景等原因,难以在就业创业竞争中脱颖而出。因此,本文旨在研究如何帮助理工科高校的文科类学科毕业生利用学校的理工科学科特色,充分发挥出自身的就业创业优势,在就业创业市场中占据一席之地。With the continuous increase in the enrollment scale of liberal arts in colleges and universities,the entrepreneurial and employment market is becoming more saturated,and liberal arts graduates are facing various employment problems such as low employment rates and low professional counterparts rates.Among them,graduates of liberal arts studying in science and technology universities are more difficult to stand out in the entrepreneurial and employment competition due to their educational background.Therefore,the purpose of this article is to study how to help liberal arts graduates of science and technology colleges to take advantage of the characteristics of science and technology of the universities to give full play to their advantages in entrepreneurship and employment,and occupy a place in the employment market.
