摘 要:以赣南脐橙果皮为原料,建立连续提取精油、果胶、橙皮苷的工艺流程,并对其主要成分进行GC-MS分析和结构鉴定,研究结果表明:精油提取率(以干重计)为2.00%,果胶提取率2.70%,橙皮苷提取率2.25%.精油的主要成分有萜类、柠檬烯类、脂类、β-蒎烯、芳樟醇等23种.In this paper,the continuous extraction process of essential oil,pectin and hesperidin from Gannan navel orange peel was established.The main components were analyzed by GC-MS and the structures were identified.The results showed that the extraction rate of essential oil(by dry weight)was 2.0%,the extraction rate of pectin was 2.7% and the extraction rate of hesperidin was 2.25%.The main components of essential oils are terpenes,limonene,lipids,β-pinene,linalool and so on.
