摘 要:新工科建设是优化高等教育结构、建设创新型国家、建成工程教育强国的必然选择,对应用型高校转型发展、内涵建设、质量提升具有重要战略价值。教师队伍作为应用型高校新工科建设的基础和起点,在建设发展中面临着教师数量与结构不合理、评价导向错位、合作机制缺乏等现实羁绊,严重迟滞了我国新工科建设发展。为破除发展瓶颈,应用型高校可通过深化教师队伍制度建设、构建多元化人才引进和培养机制、建立多方合作发展平台等措施,不断推进新工科教师队伍建设稳步前行。The construction of new engineering subjects is an inevitable choice for optimizing the structure of higher education,building an innovative and powerful country in engineering education.It has important strategic values for the transformation and development,connotation construction and quality improvement of applied universities.As the basis and starting point of the construction of new subjects in application-oriented universities,teachers are confronted with many problems,such as unreasonable number and structure of teachers,dislocation of evaluation orientation and lack of cooperation mechanism,which seriously retards the development of new subjects in China.In order to break through the bottleneck of development,application-oriented colleges and universities can continuously promote the construction of new subject teachers through deepening the construction of teacher team system,building a diversified talent introduction and training mechanism,and establishing a platform for multi-party cooperation and development.
