焦点解决模式在中职班主任工作中的运用研究

摘　　要：焦点解决模式是由焦点解决短期心理治疗发展而形成的,现如今已经被应用于多个领域。在分析焦点解决模式内涵、特点的基础上,对焦点解决模式常用的焦点解决技术进行分析,结合中职班主任工作特点,对焦点解决模式应用于班主任日常工作展开论述。焦点解决模式应用于班主任日常工作,能够提高班主任日常工作效率,加强中职生思想健康教育及心理健康教育,提升其在班级管理工作中的威信,有效改善职业指导工作,提升中职学生就业、创业能力。The focus resolution mode is formed by the development of short-term psychotherapy of focus resolution and has been applied in many fields.On the basis of analyzing the connotation and characteristics of the focus solution mode,this paper analyzes the focus solution technologies commonly used in the focus solution mode,and discusses the application of the focus solution mode to the daily work of the class teacher in secondary vocational schools.The application of focus solution mode in the daily work of class teachers can improve the daily work efficiency of class teachers,strengthen the ideological and mental health education of secondary vocational school students,enhance their prestige in class management,effectively improve vocational guidance,and enhance the employment and entrepreneurship ability of secondary vocational school students.
