摘  要:为了有效掌握我国国民体质基本状况与变化规律,自2000年至今,我国总共已成功开展了四次国民体质监测。首先通过文献资料法和数理统计法,研究了2005—2014年这一时间段内三次国民体质监测中3-6岁幼儿的六项身体素质测试项目数据。然后经过仔细对比分析发现,同年龄阶段幼儿上肢力量、躯体柔韧性、速度灵敏性与身体协调平衡能力出现了不同程度的下滑。最后,文章对中国幼儿身体素质趋于下滑的成因进行了多维度剖析,提出了促进中国幼儿身体素质有效提升的多项建议。In order to effectively grasp the basic conditions and changes of our national physique,since 2000,China has successfully carried out four national physique monitoring.By the literature method and the mathematical statistics method,six physical quality test items of children aged 3 to 6 in three national physical fitness monitoring were studied during the period from 2005 to 2014.Then,after careful comparison and analysis,it was found that the upper limb strength,physical flexibility,speed sensitivity and body coordination and balance ability of children of the same age showed different degrees of decline.Finally,a multi-dimensional analysis of the causes of the decline in the physical fitness of Chinese children was made,and suggestions were put forward to promote the effective improvement of Chinese children's physical fitness.
