摘　　要：我国基本医疗保险全国联网和异地就医结算工作稳步推进。文章介绍了军队医院在实现异地就医联网结算、做好患者服务、规范诊疗行为的做法,分析了当前异地就医存在的主要问题,结合工作实际,针对异地就医医疗行为监管、完善信息系统、健全联动机制、提升结算效率等方面的问题提出相关建议。A nationwide network for basic medical insurance and trans-regional settlement of medical insurance accounts has been established in China.The article introduces the practice of military hospitals in conducting trans-regional medical settlement and standardizing the diagnosis and treatment services for patients.Focusing on the current problems found during trans-regional medical settlement and based on the real-world practice,the authors propose recommendations on enhancing supervision and monitoring,optimizing information systems,improving cooperation and coordination mechanisms,and increasing settlement efficiency.
