摘　　要：以三叶鬼针草为原料,采用湿颗粒法研制了新型鬼针草无糖口含片,并对其质量进行评价。结果表明:以20%的鬼针草浸膏粉、15%的微晶纤维素(MCC),65%的辅料(甘露醇︰乳糖︰糊精添加量=2︰1︰1),润湿剂的浓度为70%配比,所压制产品口感适宜、含服方便,具备良好的药用价值及保健功能,可为鬼针草的综合利用提供参考。A new type of sugar-free trifolium japonica buccal tablet was developed by wet granule method,and its quality was evaluated.The results showed that 20%extract powder,15%microcrystalline cellulose(MCC),65%excipients(mannitol︰lactose︰dextrin added amount=2︰1︰1),70%wetting agent concentration ratio,through mixing,granulation,drying,pressing and other processes,the sugar-free buccal tablets were prepared.The product has delicate taste,sweet and refreshing taste,convenient to take,good medicinal value and health care function,and can provide reference for the comprehensive utilization of the herb.
