摘  要:红车轴草是一种广泛分布于我国各地的中草药植物,具有较大的产量。作为一种传统的民间用草药,红车轴草在止咳、止喘和治疗局部溃疡等方面有着悠久的使用历史。红车轴草异黄酮具有毒性低、不良反应小和药理作用多样等优势。本文对红车轴草异黄酮的分离纯化、结构鉴定及抑菌活性进行综述,以期为红车轴草异黄酮在医用敷料的研发方面提供参考。Trifolium pratense is a kind of Chinese herbal plant widely distributed in China,which has a large yield.As a traditional folk herbal medicine,Trifolium pratense has a long history in relieving cough,asthma and treating local ulcer.The isoflavones of Trifolium pratense have the advantages of low toxicity,small adverse reactions and various pharmacological effects.In this paper,the isolation,purification,structure identification and antibacterial activity of Trifolium pratense isoflavone were reviewed,in order to provide a reference for the research and development of Trifolium pratense isoflavone in medical dressings.
