摘  要:职业技能与职业精神融合培养是高等职业院校走内涵式发展道路的必然要求。陕西工商职业学院报关与国际货运专业以国家高职教育方针政策作为行动指引,探索职业技能与职业精神融合培养在人才培养不同阶段的路径和方法,整体上分为准备、实施和总结三个阶段,其中实施阶段以学期为单元,分为导入、萌芽、成长、成熟、检验、反思六个步骤,每个步骤有若干条培养路径和实施方法,循序渐进,促进职业技能培养与职业精神养成的深度融合和高等职业教育"高素质技术技能人才"培养目标的实现。The integration of vocational skills and spirit is an inevitable requirement for the development of higher vocational colleges.Guided by the national higher vocational education policy,Shaanxi Business College explored the integrated path and method of personnel training in different stages.As a whole it is divided into three stages:preparation,implementation and summary.The implementation stage with a semester as a unit is divided into six steps:introduction,germination,growth,maturity,inspection and reflection,Various paths and methods in each of steps are implemented step by step to promote the deep integration of vocational skills and spirit cultivation and to realize the goal of "highquality technical talents" in higher vocational education.
