摘 要:近年来,我国部分高校实施了以"预聘-长聘制"为核心的教师聘任制度改革,促进高水平科研成果产出是这一改革的重要目标之一。研究利用布兰德科研生产力三因素影响模型,从教师个体、组织机构、学术共同体三个层面论证了改革对科研产出的正向促进作用,并以71所研究型大学为研究对象,借助改革准实验进行定量研究。研究发现,第一,实行"预聘-长聘制"后,已改革高校的国际期刊论文发表量和论文影响力指数(CNCI)都得到了显著提高;第二,实行"预聘-长聘制"后,已改革高校发表论文的数量并无显著优势,但其论文影响力明显高于未改革高校。In recent years,some colleges and universities in China have carried out the reform of the teacher appointment system with the"tenure system"as the core,and one of the important objectives of this reform is to promote the output of high-level scientific research achievements.In this study,Brand’s three-factor model of scientific research productivity was used to demonstrate the positive promoting effect of reform on scientific research output from the three levels of individual teachers,organizational structure and academic community.The study takes 71 research universities in China as the research objects using event analysis method and time-varying DID method for quantitative research.The research shows that,first,after the implementation of the"tenure system",the number of international journal papers published and the index of citation influence of reformed universities in China have been significantly improved.Second,after the implementation of the"tenure system",the number of papers published by the reformed universities has no significant advantage,but the influence of his thesis is higher than that of unreformed universities.
