摘 要:实践教学资源共享是促进产教融合校企"双元"育人的重中之重。目前由于共享动力不足、共享方式单一、共享领域有限、管理维护乏力和增值能力薄弱等问题,实践教学资源共享存在诸多障碍。从经济学角度,基于系统性、开放性和可持续性原则,该文提出多元主体协同构建"五位一体"实践教学资源共享机制,以及实现实践教学资源运用的公益性、市场化增值的有效路径,从而保证实践教学资源朝着优质互补、共享共赢的方向良性发展。The sharing of practical teaching resources is the most important to promote the integration of industry and education as "Dual" education with school-enterprise cooperation. At present, there are many obstacles in the sharing of practical teaching resources due to the problems of insufficient sharing power, single sharing mode, limited sharing field, weak management and maintenance, weak value-added ability, etc. From the perspective of economics, based on the principles of systematization, openness and sustainability, the "Five-in-one" sharing mechanism of practical teaching resources has been established with the multi-agent cooperation, and the effective path of public welfare and market-oriented appreciation of practical teaching resources is put forward to ensure the positive development of practical teaching resources towards the quality complementation, sharing and win-win direction.
