摘  要:基于碎片化学习理论,建立护理专职教师片段式临床实践方式,专职教师灵活利用寒暑假和教学课余时间片段式、间断性的临床实践,有针对性地学习临床护理新知识新技术,更新个人专业知识,提高教学水平,促进教学与岗位的对接,提升护理人才培养质量,同时也解决了教学任务重与脱产临床实践之间的矛盾冲突,促进“双师型”师资队伍建设。Based on the Fragmented Learning Theory,an episodic clinical practice mode is established,under which full-time nursing teachers utilize summer and winter vacations and extracurricular time to do clinical nursing practice intermittently,focusing on learning new knowledge and skills about clinical care,renewing personal professional knowledge.This episodic study mode would raise the level of teaching,promote the connection of education and job post and improve the quality of nursing-talent training at the same time,resolving the conflict between the heavy teaching loads and the off-job training of clinical practice and accelerating the double-qualified teaching staff construction.
