摘  要:本研究对两位上进型高校青年英语教师的专业学习活动开展为期两年的历时个案探究,剖析教师的关键专业能力。研究发现,这种能力是一种统领教学、管理和科研分项专业能力的元专业能力,包括元专业认知能力和元专业情感能力:前者由专业意识能力、专业调节能力和专业统筹能力组成,后者由调动积极情感、克服消极情感和处理复杂情感组成。结合教师学习个案,研究提出教师元专业能力模型,并系统阐释其要素内涵及相互关系。This two-year longitudinal case study probes into the key professional abilities of two highly-motivated young college English teachers in their professional learning activities. The findings reveal that teachers’ meta-professional ability controls three professional abilities of teaching, management and research, which is composed of the meta-cognitive ability and meta-emotional ability. The meta-cognitive ability includes professional awareness, professional regulation and professional prioritization, and the meta-emotional ability includes mobilization of positive emotions, elimination of negative emotions and regulation of mixed emotions. Based on the two cases, the study puts forward the teachers’ meta-professional ability model, and explains the connotations and correlations of the components.
