就业力提升视域下大学生求职简历制作探析

摘　　要：提升大学生就业竞争力是解决大学生就业难的核心问题,而简历制作是提升大学生就业竞争力的关键一环,是大学毕业生求职成功的敲门砖.本文基于大学生就业力提升的角度,通过分析大学生求职简历制作中普遍存在的问题,从简历制作的准备、简历的内容、简历的形式三个方面对大学生简历制作进行了策略探析,以期帮助大学生提升就业竞争力,实现顺利就业.To improve the employment competitiveness of college students is the core problem to solve the employment difficulties of college students,and resume production is the key link to improve the employment competitiveness of college students,which is the key to the success of college graduates.Based on the promotion of college students’employment ability,this paper analyzes the common problems in the production of college students’resumes,and probes into the strategies of the production of college students’resumes from three aspects:the preparation of the production of resumes,the content of resumes,and the form of resumes,in order to help college students improve their employment competitiveness and achieve a smooth employment.
