摘　　要：创新创业的关键在于人才,而人才主要来自于高等教育的培养.通过教育理念、培养模式、教学方法模式、考核方式、师资结构建设等方面对衡水学院化工双创人才培养进行探索,重点强调对大学生实际能力的培养,使其具有发展创新的眼光、创业的胆识、开放的观念、较强的组织与交往能力和社会责任感.The key to innovation and entrepreneurship lied in talents,which mainly came from the cultivation of higher education.Through the exploration of education concept,training mode,teaching method mode,assessment mode,teacher structure construction and other aspects,It focused on the cultivation of College Students’practical ability,so that they had the vision of development and innovation,the courage of entrepreneurship,open concept,strong organization and communication ability and social responsibility.。
