摘　　要：农民转型是振兴乡村的关键环节,是满足农民对美好生活向往的迫切需要,是确保国家粮食安全的治本之策。要充分整合社会资源,利用现有的农业合作社、农业企业、高等院校和互联网等,构建高效率、高收益的农民培训模式,主要包括农业合作社依托型、特色产业导向型、高校依托型、企业依托型、"互联网+教育"型,从而创造高效率、高收益的农民培训模式,促进农民顺利转型。The transformation of farmers is a key link in revitalizing the countryside. It is the urgent needs of farmers for a better life and a fundamental strategy to ensure national food security. It is necessary to fully integrate social resources and use existing agricultural cooperatives, agricultural enterprises, colleges and universities, and the Internet to build efficient and high-yield farmer training models: mainly including modes as supported by agricultural cooperatives, supported by characteristic industry, supported by higher education institutions, supported by industrial enterprises, supported by Internet and education, in order to create a highly efficient and high-yield farmer training model, promoting the smooth transformation of farmers.
