摘　　要：回顾广东财经大学统计与数学学院教学竞赛活动的兴起与发展历程,探索高等财经院校教学竞赛活动对提升教师教学水平和教研教改能力的作用。实践表明该项活动有助于推动高等财经院校教育教学的深化改革和促进教师队伍的快速成长。This paper reviews the rise and development of teaching competitions in our university,and explore the role of teaching competition activities in colleges and universities of finance and economics in improving teachers’teaching level and teaching reform ability.The practice shows that this activity is helpful to deepen the reform of education and teaching and to promote the rapid growth of teaching staff.
