应用型本科高校循环嵌套式教学质量保障体系建设探索——以广东白云学院为例

摘　　要：应用型本科高校的教学质量保障高度依赖于内部质量保障体系建设的成熟度和实施的有效度,作为广东省第一批应用型转型发展试点高校,广东白云学院以适应国家、社会和学生个体发展需要为出发点,以学生发展和全面质量管理理论为依据,以学生增值的教育质量观为价值建构起点,探索构建“以学生为中心”的循环嵌套式教学质量保障体系,取得了一些初步成果,可为应用型高校教学质量保障体系的特色建设提供借鉴和参考。The teaching quality assurance of application-oriented colleges and universities highly depends on the maturity of the construction of internal quality assurance system and the effectiveness of implementation.As the first batch of applied transformation and development pilot universities in Guangdong Province,Guangdong Baiyun College takes meeting the needs of national,social and individual student development as the starting point,based on the theory of student development and total quality management,and taking students'value-added concept of educational quality as the starting point of value construction.Some preliminary achievements have been made in exploring and constructing a"student-centered"circular and nested teaching quality assurance system,which can provide reference and reference for the characteristic construction of teaching quality assurance system in application-oriented colleges and universities.
