摘 要:目的探讨线上线下多元化全面教学改革与评价。方法对大一护生随机选出2组,对照组采取传统授课,试验组采取线上线下多元化全面教学改革。课程结束后,请2组学生完成自主学习能力评定量表调查问卷,并对教师教学满意度测评,并进行期末考试。结果试验组学生自主学习能力评定得分、对教师教学满意度测评中教学方法和教学效果与创新能力培养分别得分、期末考试成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论线上线下多元化全面教学改革可有效提高专科护生自主学习能力、剖析及解决问题能力等综合素质。Objective To explore the reform and evaluation of the online and offline diversified teaching.Methods Two groups were randomly selected from freshman nursing students.The control group adopted the traditional teaching way,and the experimental group adopted the comprehensive online and offline diversified teaching reform.At the end of the course,the two groups of students were asked to complete the independent learning ability rating scale questionnaire,and the teacher’s teaching satisfaction was assessed,and the final examination was conducted.Results Students in the experimental group scored higher than those in the control groupin the evaluation of students’independent learning ability,the evaluation of teachers’teaching satisfaction in the cultivation of teaching methods,teaching effect and innovation ability,and the final examination score(P<0.05).Conclusion The online and offline diversified comprehensive teaching reform can effectively improve the comprehensive quality of nursing students,such as independent learning ability,analizing ability and ability in solving problems.
