摘 要:目的分析临床急救技能教学过程中采取医学模拟技术的使用价值。方法对2017年4月—2019年6月在本医院实习的50名医学实习生实施调查统计,区分方法选择抽签方式,各组归入25名,试验组临床急救技能教学过程中使用医学模拟技术,参比组选用一般临床急救技能教学方法,研究医学实习生各项操作考核成绩、急救操作有误合计率、教学效果满意合计率。结果试验组各项操作考核成绩、教学效果满意合计率对比参比组评估数据值提升(P<0.05);试验组急救操作有误合计率对比参比组评估数据值下降(P<0.05)。结论在临床急救技能教学过程中运用医学模拟技术展示较优效果。Objective To analyze the application value of medical simulation technology in the teaching of clinical first aid skills.Methods A total of 50 medical interns who practiced in our hospital from April 2017 to June 2019 were investigated and counted.The method of drawing lots was selected.They were divided into two groups,with 25 students in each group.Medical simulation technology was used in the process of clinical emergency skills teaching in the experimental group,and general clinical emergency skills teaching methods were used in the control group.The results and errors of various operations of medical interns,total rate of teaching effect satisfaction were studied.Results Compared with the control group,the evaluation data value of the experimental group increased(P<0.05),while the evaluation data value of the experimental group decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of medical simulation technology in the teaching of clinical first aid skills is better.
