摘  要:《伤寒论》是一部理论与实际密切结合的临床专著,是对临床经验的高度总结,学习它的目的之一就是培养学生临床辨证分析的思维方法和能力。本文从《伤寒论》教学效果和床边教学特点出发,重点探讨了开展《伤寒论》床边教学的可行性及必要性。得出,《伤寒论》床边教学存在缺少相关教材和教学设计;床边教学缺乏有力的师资培训,教师队伍良莠不齐;学生的成绩、教师的水平缺乏有效的评价考核方式等问题。希冀能为《伤寒论》教学改革提供相应的思路。The Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases is a clinical monograph which combines theory with practice.It is a highly summary of clinical experience.The purpose of learning it is to train students’thinking methods and abilities of clinical syndrome differentiation and analysis.Starting from the teaching effect of Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases and the characteristics of bedside teaching,this paper mainly discusses the feasibility and necessity of bedside teaching of Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases.It is concluded that there are some problems in bedside teaching of Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases,such as the lack of relevant teaching materials and teaching design,the lack of effective teacher training,the uneven quality of teachers,and the lack of effective evaluation and assessment methods for students’achievements and teachers’level.Hope to provide the corresponding ideas for the teaching reform of Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases.
