摘 要:慢性咳嗽作为呼吸门诊的最常见就诊原因之一,是中西医结合住院医师培训临床教学的重点与难点,如何掌握西医辨病与中医辨证相结合的临床思维尤其重要。基于问题的教学(problem-based learning,PBL)结合基于实例的教学(case-based learning,CBL)的教学模式,能很好地调动住院医师的积极性,培养中西医结合临床思维、提高实践操作能力,激发科研潜能,同时进一步提高教师的中西医结合基本功和教学水平,真正做到教学相长。Chronic cough,one of the most common causes of respiratory clinic,is the teaching emphasis and difficulty in resident training of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.How to master clinical thinking of differential diagnosis in Western medicine combined with syndrome differentiation in traditional Chinese medicine is particularly important.Problem-based learning combined with case-based learning teaching method can well arouse initiative of residents,cultivate clinical thinking,improve practical ability,and stimulate scientific research potential;meanwhile,the combined teaching method can also promote teachers’improvementon their own clinical basic skills and teaching skills,which benefit both residents and teachers.
