摘 要:本文旨在通过知识团队中人际知识交流这一中间环节,探索人际信任对团队绩效的动态影响关系.知识团队是一个小群体复杂自适应系统,不存在广度方面的大量性和统计性.因此,本文提出了一种向深度发展的深度计算实验方法,从行为层面向下深入一层,进行深层次的机理建模.结果发现1)当团队执行适当任务时,人际信任才对团队绩效有显著影响.2)任务执行顺序影响团队信任的产生与积累,进而影响团队绩效.3)从团队的管理工作而言,应按由易到难的顺序执行任务,更有利于团队绩效以及团队的健康发展.本文为研究人际信任对团队绩效的影响关系提供了一种新的思路和方法.This paper’s purpose is to investigate the effect of interpersonal trust on team performance which is mediated by knowledge transfer in interpersonal interaction.We argue that a knowledge-intensive team is a complex adaptive system of small group.It is relatively lack of massiveness and statistics in breadth.Toward this end,we present herein a deep computational experiment focusing indepth.In particular,the modeling deeply penetrates internal mechanism,yielding the following results.1) Interpersonal trust has significant effects on team performance for moderate tasks.2) Task-processing order impacts the generation and accumulation of team trust,ultimately team performance.3) For team management,team should process tasks from simple to difficult,which improves team performance and promotes team development.The method and findings presented herein provide a novel perspective on studying interpersonal trust’s effect on team performance.
