摘  要:实验教师是高校实践教学和创新创业人才培养的中坚力量。实验教师队伍建设是高校深化实践教学改革、实现创新发展的重要环节。工匠精神表现为一种敬业乐业、专注专一、精益求精、追求卓越的职业精神。高校实验教师在职业素养、职业意识和职业能力建设方面很好地体现了工匠精神的内涵。高校应完善工匠精神的养成与培育机制,强化实验教师的"匠心""匠术""匠行""匠道"培育,打造一支高素质的"工匠型"实验教师队伍。Experimental teachers are the backbone of practical teaching and talents cultivation in colleges and universities.The construction of experimental teaching staff is an important link in deepening practice teaching reform and realizing innovation and development in colleges and universities.Craftman spirit is a professional spirit of dedication,dedication,excellence and pursuit of excellence.The experimental teachers in colleges and universities have embodied the connotation of craftsman spirit in the aspects of professionalism,professional consciousness and professional competence construction.Colleges and universities should improve the formation and cultivation of the craftsman spirit,strengthen the"craftsmen’mind","craftsmen’art","craftsmen’behavior"and"craftsmen’mathodology"cultivation of the experimental teachers,and build a high-quality"craftsman-type"experimental teachers team.
