摘　　要：教师在进行教学工作中涉及到大量的资料、消息等内容,为了提升教师对此类信息的管理效率,具有针对性开发出了教师个人教学管理系统,它建立在Web的基础之上,由此形成一个具有互动性的应用系统,并细化为消息管理等六个模块。在此基础上,教师可以对教学信息、电子作业等各类资源进行高效管理,由此降低教师管理工作难度,提升管理工作的效率性。The teachers in the teaching work involves a lot of information, messages and other content, to enhance the efficiency of management of teachers to such information, targeted to develop the teachers’ personal teaching management system, it is based on the foundation of the Web, thus form an interactive application system, and refinement for the management and so on six modules. On this basis, teachers can efficiently manage all kinds of resources such as teaching information and electronic homework, thus reducing the difficulty of teacher management and improving the efficiency of management.
