摘　　要：随着我国海绵城市建设的快速推进和部分项目陆续进入运营阶段,其绩效评价日益重要。对广泛应用的六种海绵城市项目绩效评价方法进行比较研究,总结其优缺点和适用范围。在进行海绵城市绩效评价时,应综合考虑宏观背景、行业经济、国家政策、企业状况等因素,选择符合项目特点的评价方法。With the rapid development of China’s sponge cities and some projects have gradually entered the operation stage,their performance evaluation become increasingly important.This paper makes a comparative study on the six widely used performance evaluation methods of sponge city projects,and summarizes their advantages,disadvantages and field of application.In the process of performance evaluation of sponge cities,factors such as macro background,industry economy,national policy,and enterprise status should be considered comprehensively,so as to select the evaluation method that best matches.
