摘　　要：教育是立国之本和强国之路。一个国家的教育发展水平,尤其是高等教育的发展水平,直接影响着国家科技发展水平和人才素质的高低。随着高等教育国际化备受关注,高等院校必须面向世界,吸收和借鉴世界各国高等教育办学理念和办学模式。针对新时代高等教育国际化发展趋势,高等院校从实际出发深入开展双语教学,促进教学内容与国际接轨;鼓励教学资源的合理共享,加强中外大学的合作培养;努力建设中国大学国际化师资队伍,增加大学生校际文化交流;实现国际化教育教学理念,加强国际学术交流与传播等教育教学模式,加快高等教育国际化和现代化步伐,综合提高理论教学和实践教学的国际化水平,是国家高质量培养出实用创新型科技人才的必要途径,更是促进世界文化交流的主要手段。Education is the foundation of founding a country and the road to powerful nation. The development level of education in a country, especially that of higher education, has direct impact on the country’s development of science and technology, and the quality of its talent cultivation. With more and more attention being paid to globalization, the internationalization of higher education has become a dominant trend in world education. In order to face the world, Chinese colleges and universities learn the ideas and models of higher education from all over the world. In view of the trend of internationalization of higher education in the new situation, bilingual teaching should be thoroughly carried out to promote the agreement of teaching content with international standard;sharing teaching resources reasonably be encouraged by strengthening the cooperation between Chinese and foreign universities in personnel cultivation;efforts be made to construct internationalized teacher teams and expand inter-school student cultural exchanges;and the international education and teaching concept be implemented, the teaching model be reformed by strengthening international academic exchanges and scholarly communication, the pace of internationalization and modernization of higher education be quickened, and the internationalization level of theoretical teaching and practical teaching be improved comprehensively, which are not only necessary ways for the country to cultivate practical and innovative scientific and technological talents with high quality, but also the main means to promote world cultural exchange.
