摘  要:思政课教师的亲和力,实质上是一种"互动"能力,集中体现在对三个方面的协调与聚合上,即承载思想政治理论教育内容的阐释力,体现学生主体地位、针对学生发展需求的吸引力,体现时代内涵、融合鲜活信息的创造力。新时代突出强调思政课教师亲和力的重要地位,是因为它关涉思政课"关键"性和"不可替代"作用的发挥,是思政课教师的核心素质和综合能力的集中表现,是疏通和缓解当前思政课突出问题的有效途径。当前,提升思政课教师亲和力,要在坚定理想信念、优化语言艺术、创新教学方法和突出问题意识上下功夫。The affinity of ideological and political teachers is essentially a kind of"interactive"ability, which is embodied in the coordination and convergence of the three aspects, that is, the ability to interpret the ideological and political theories, the attractiveness to reflect the principal position of students with their own development needs, and the creativity of times connotation and fresh information integration. The new era emphasizes the important position of the affinity of ideological and political teachers, because it is related to the"key"and"irreplaceable"role of ideological and political course. It is a concentrated expression of the core quality and comprehensive ability of ideological and political teachers, and an effective way to alleviate the current problems of ideological and political courses. In order to improve the affinity, ideological and political teachers need to have firm ideals and beliefs, excellent language skills, flexible teaching methods and problem awareness.
