摘　　要：从影响考试公平的一般因素和教师资格考试面试评价标准入手,通过实例分析剥离出潜藏在面试评价中最大的隐性问题,提出破解这一难题的对策机制,并用考试实践的真实数据说明这一机制是可行和有效的。Through analyses of general factors influencing the examination equity,this paper discusses the evaluation criteria in NTCE(National Teachers’ Certification Examinations) interview,points out the chief problem hidden in NTCE interview evaluation by case studies,then puts forward the countermeasures to this difficulty and illustrates the feasibility and effectiveness of this strategy by real data from practical examination.
